Serving Suggestions: Another great rum to drink neat or with a cube of ice. Or try and pineapple Rum old fashion. Made like the original cocktail but substituting the sugar for a pineapple infused syrup. Try using a chocolate bitters too, to lengthen the drink.
The nose is aromatic pineapple, passion fruit and new-car leather. Candied fruit notes develop into papaya, guava, lime and citrus peel. Banana and toasted spice notes build, with prominent clove notes. The palate is big, with spices, creamy bananas with a dusting of ground clove and cinnamon. There are also ripe pineapples roll in. Dark and weight oily notes sneak in behind.
On the finish your left with Cinnamon spice and sweet banana fade to reveal a touch of smoked oak.
