Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

We offer two shipping services in the UK. Our Standard delivery cost is £9.00 for any orders under £60. If you spend over £60 you will get free standard delivery. Standard delivery times are 6-10 days. 

You can upgrade to an Express Delivery for £12.00 (delivery 1-2 days). Our cut off for next day delivery is 12 midday, any orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.

Personalised/engraved barware options are not eligible for express delivery

Gift cards: The purchase of a gift card does not contribute to the delivery value of the basket and there is no minimum order or delivery charge on a gift card purchase.

EU Shipping Service 

We ship all of our EU orders from our UK based warehouse on an economy service. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping to a business address in the EU you will need to provide us with the companies VAT number and EORU number for customs purposes. Failure to provide this information can result in your order being returned to us and additional charges being applied. 

The most efficient way to receive your EU deliveries is to send to your personal address or a dedicated collection point. 

For orders being shipped to the European Union, shipping costs, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and shown as separate lines before you complete your order.

These charges must be paid upfront as part of your checkout payment before your order can be shipped. This helps ensure that your parcel is correctly declared and processed for delivery into the EU.

The reason for this change is linked to the EU’s decision to remove the de minimis exemption on low-value imports. Previously, some lower-value shipments could enter the EU without customs duty being applied. As this exemption is being removed, duties, taxes and related import charges may now apply to a wider range of orders.

Urban Bar uses dynamic shipping, duty and tax calculations at checkout. This means the final amount may vary depending on the delivery country, the value of your order, the product types included, and the combination of items in your basket.

You will always be able to review the shipping cost and any applicable duties and taxes before completing your purchase.

For European countries we use DHL Express as our service partner. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we will send.

USA 

Please visit our US website, where items will be dispatched direct from our warehouse in Montana via UPS or USPS. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our US website please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rest of World (ROW)

If your country is not listed above please contact us via email or the chat feature. We ship our products all around the world using our delivery partner DHL Express. 

Duties and Taxes

Online orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, these may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts).

 

Multiple Addresses

If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.

Returns

We are confident that you will be pleased with all of our items and have carefully tested our packaging to withstand the rigours of despatch, however if you are unhappy with anything you can return them within 14 days of despatch.

Please make sure all returned items are in their original packing and unused. We will then refund any monies for the items less the postage charges incurred for the sending of the items. Note that if you are sending items back which may incur duties and taxes these are the responsibility of the sender. Urban Bar will not accept any additional duty or tax charges to receive returned items. 

In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods from us then please email us at admin@urbanbar.com within three days of receipt and return the goods to us, we will then arrange for a refund or replacement and credit you postage.

We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being sent back to us and ask that you use a recorded (proof) service. Our return address is:
