Spicy distinctive nose of ginger bread, toasted almonds and the zest of clementine. On the palate you get a bright medium sweet flavours of candied toffee apple and of course clementine zest. The long finish is of pimento; warm gingerbread. The sweetness is balanced by citrus and soft warm allspice.
