We take pride in offering exceptional service to match our products and we make every effort to ship your order promptly. Please expect your order within 3-5 working days (UK) for in stock items and 7-14 days rest of world. Our products are all held at our warehouse and are dispatched from there.
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, yet there may be times when, despite their best efforts, the parcel may be delayed in the delivery process. At all times, we will endeavour to keep you informed and work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of your parcel.
Sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and because most of our items are made exclusively for us and are not ‘off the shelf’, there may be occasional delays. If so, we will give you our best estimate of delivery times and endeavour to keep you informed.
It is against the law to sell knives with blades over 3 inches to persons under 18. By agreeing to these terms on checkout you agree that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
Please note that laser engraving is permanent and once done cannot be amended or altered, we will not therefore be able to accept returns of items to change a name or logo from what you had requested. Your rights to return faulty or incorrectly laser engraved items are unaffected.
Prices are always inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.
If your credit card is not denominated in UK Pounds sterling, the credit card company will convert it at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made.
If any product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us, unused and in original packaging within 14 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We are confident that you will be pleased with all of our items and have carefully tested our packaging to withstand the rigours of despatch, however if you are unhappy with anything you can return them within 14 days of despatch.
Please make sure all returned items are in their original packing and unused. We will then refund any monies for the items less the postage charges incurred for the sending of the items.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods from us then please email us at [email protected] within three days of receipt and return the goods to us, we will then arrange for a refund or replacement and credit you postage.
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit whilst being sent back to us and ask that you use a recorded (proof) service. Our return address is:
