Within the UK we ship with DHL Parcel on a standard delivery service which is 1-3 days from despatch (no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday), we charge £4.99 per shipment and offer free carriage on all orders over £55. We also offer 3 next working day delivery services if your order is placed Mon – Fri before Noon, pricing detailed below.
Goods are normally despatched from our warehouse within 2 – 3 working days of our receiving your order.
For European countries we use DHL Parcel NL, your order should arrive within ten to fourteen working days. Our deliveries are inclusive of all taxes and customs clearance to your address. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we will send.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts).
