If you are looking for something rather pretty in pink, this classy traditional method sparkling rosé is a fantastic choice. The beautiful hue is a deeper shade of pink than most English sparkling rosé, giving away the touch of Rondo in the blend which is framed by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Spending three years on its lees, it is a rich and complex sparkling wine, with a fine, delicate fragrance — ideal for summer evenings.

Serving Suggestions

Serve chilled (at around 12C) in Champagne flutes. This pretty pink sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but versatile enough to pair nicely with savoury nibbles, quiche lorraine or with afternoon tea. English scones with clotted cream and fresh strawberries pair like a dream. A very English fizz.

Tasting Notes

Delightful notes of cranberry and summer strawberries jump out the glass first, followed by richer notes of tarte tartin and brioche which add complexity to this multi-layered traditional method sparkler. It finishes with a long, dry and aromatic finish with lingering notes of strawberry tarts.
