Shipping Information
Packaging
All of our items are packed in mail suitable cartons. Please see our returns section in the Terms and Conditions in respect of the unlikely event of any breakages.
Shipping
We only ship with UPS on a next day service (no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday), we charge £4.99 per shipment and offer free carriage on all orders over £65.
Goods are normally despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of our receiving your order.
Deliveries Abroad
For European countries we use UPS expedited service, your order should arrive within one week. For the US please allow 7-14 days. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that we can send on request.

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Multiple Addresses
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.
