All of our items are packed in mail order cartons and the glasses wrapped in black tissue. Please see our Returns section in the Terms and Conditions in respect of the unlikely event of any breakages.
Shipping
We offer two methods of delivery for the UK; standard registered postal service (£6.95) and UPS Next Day (£7.95 traceable).
Standard Service
Goods sent by our standard service are normally despatched from our central warehouse within 24 hours of our receiving your order. This service costs just £6.95 per order for orders delivered in the United Kingdom. You should allow up to seven working days for delivery.
Express Service
If you need your goods urgently you can use our express delivery service. Simply place your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Delivery will be made the next working day, not Saturday or Sunday. This service is only available for UK deliveries and costs £7.95. The consignment number for tracing will be sent to you via e-mail with the despatch confirmation.

Deliveries Abroad
For European countries, your order should arrive within one week. For the US please allow 7-14 days. All of our shipments abroad can be tracked using the consignment number that will be sent to you via e-mail with the despatch confirmation.

Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar Ltd (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Multiple Addresses
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. A separate charge will apply to each delivery address.
