Place the mint in the bottom of glass. Add lime juice and sugar syrup, muddle and top up with crushed ice. Pour rum and soda. Gently stir.
What you will need:
- 1 ⅔ shots Zacapa 23 rum
- 1 shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ shot Sugar syrup (2:1 sugar/water)
- 8 fresh Mint leaves
- Top up with Soda water (club soda)
